Updates
We’ve issued a couple minor updates to both the ePub and PDF editions of the book. The ePub has slightly improved chapter and section markers whilst the PDF has been rebuilt with a PDF table of contents. You can download the updated versions (1.0.2 and 1.0.1, respectively) from your account’s downloads page.
Kindle Edition
We’re now offering a native Kindle-formatted (.mobi) version of the book. This new version is freely available to all customers, past and future, also available from your downloads page.
The Kindle edition will not be available directly from Amazon. In order to get the book onto your Kindle, you’ll need to email the mobi file to your Kindle’s email address or transfer it directly via USB.
